We rent apartments of different sizes,
but all of them are very spacious with big living spaces.
We also have the possibility of renting just bedrooms
with their independent bathrooms in one of the apartments,
in which case the living area is shared with other guests.
Prices are given in EUROS. They are
established for daily and weekly visits. For visits
less than one week apply the daily price with a two
nights minumum. For visits of seven or more days apply
the weekly price. For visits of thirty or more days
inquire for a monthly price. The price of each apartment
depends on the number of sleeping places and on the
seasons, LOW, MIDDLE, HIGH. Children under the age of
three are free of charge.
LOW SEASON: From the 6th of January until
the 30th of May. From the 3rd of November until the
20th of December.
MIDDLE SEASON: June - September - October
HIGH SEASON: July - August - From the 20th of December
until the 6th of January. Holidays (Easter, 25th of
April, 1st of May, 1st- 2nd of November, 8th of December,
2nd of June)

PROMOTIONS:
For groups or families who are renting all the space
available for a minimoum of ywo nights (from 14 to 17
people in the apartment SOLE - LUNA - CIELO - BOSCO),
we give a 10% discount on the totale daily price and
a 15% discount of the total weekly price.
During low or middle season you can benefit from a
free consultation of dog training.
Families with more than one child may be given a family
discount on the bigger apartments.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN BASIC RATE:
Sheets for the beds, towels for bathrooms and
kitchen, all changed weekly. Water, electricity, and
gas for the stove. Children's bed and crib when requested.
T.V with satellite. Laundry machine. Use of the wood
oven.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASIC RATE:
Cleaning during your stay is 10 euros per hour,
lunch and dinner will cost 20 EURO per person (10 Euro
for children), breakfast is 5 Euro per person (3 Euro
for children), children under three eat free, internet
use with HOT SPOT LOCATION and tickets for 1-2-3 hours
or unlimited use for weekend or weeks, dog sitting,
dog training. Heating cost in the winter. Any additional
bedding is about 10/20 euro per night.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
30% due upon making reservation. The balance
due at departure. Payment by means of CREDIT (All major
credit cards) or DEBIT CARDS, cash, wire transfer, Italian
checks, travelers checks. No foreign (non Italian) checks
accepted.
